
Your first day
- Start time: usually around 9am, but your manager will confirm the details ahead of time.
- Location: check your welcome email for where to go, whether it’s one of our offices or remote.
- Who you’ll meet: your manager, your team, and a few friendly faces to help you settle in.
What to bring
- Yourself! Your laptop and equipment will be ready for you (or sent to you if you’re working remotely).
- If there’s anything specific you need, your manager will let you know ahead of time.
What to expect
- A warm welcome and a proper induction.
- A tour of the office (if you’re in) or a virtual meet-and-greet.
- Time to get set up, meet your team, and ease into your new role.
Support from the start
- Your manager will guide you through your first week and answer any questions.
- Our IT and HR teams are on hand to help with anything technical or admin-related.
Hybrid working
- Most of us work in a hybrid way, a mix of office and remote. You’ll chat with your manager about what works best for your role. Find our more information on our hybrid working policy.
