Circa £40,000 to £50,000 per annum

Full time (35 hours per week)

We are looking for a Solutions Architect to join the IET family!

What you'll be doing

You’ll be working with cross-cutting teams, doing some exciting work with emerging technologies such as graph databases, serverless architectures as well as traditional SQL. From a product build perspective, we’re driving through a programme of change towards cloud-native application thinking and ‘infrastructure as code’ approaches. Your role will be to provide technology-enabled solutions to the IETs business and customer problems. Whilst working closely with stakeholders you’ll use business and systems analysis, requirements engineering and architecture skills to own the solutions to problems from business concept to delivery.

What we hope you can bring to the role

Drawing on wealth and breadth of skills and experience in technology project delivery and design, IET Solution Architects need to be able to work with anyone in any role, translate complex technical challenges or designs to colleagues, ensure business priorities are understood and drive value. You’ll have broad technical knowledge with experience of Agile principles, delivery and working practise. You’ll also have practical experience of working with Cloud services.
