What you'll be doing

As the Registration & Standards Support Coordinator, you’ll contribute to ensuring an effective support service is delivered to both Professional Registration and Fellowship volunteers and IET members / non-members. Providing a first line of contact for volunteers and maintaining accurate and up-to-date information to enable the delivery of Registration & Standards Support Unit objectives.


 

What we hope you can bring to the role

You’ll be a self-motivated individual, with a passion for providing excellent customer service support. You’ll have strong administration experience, outstanding communication skills and be confident in dealing with stakeholders at all levels.

This role benefits from Hybrid working, which for us means home working and attending the Stevenage office typically two days a week (one being a Tuesday).
