You will be an experienced trainer who is energised by helping others to unlock their potential.
You’ll bring your experience of delivering MS Dynamics CRM training and will have led a pool of trainers.
You’ll have previously used your understanding of adult learning theory to develop and deliver effective knowledge transfer initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable with matrix working and with working in a changing environment.
You are highly personable, with strong communication and organisational skills, and adept at dealing with an extensive range of external and internal stakeholders, and have a genuine passion for helping others to develop and succeed.
