KYC Change Manager

Circa £60,000 Per annum (full time equivalent)

Fixed term until May 2023

Part time, 14 to 21 hours per week

Stevenage, Hertfordshire / Hybrid Working (approx. 2 days per week in office)


What you'll be doing

Know Your Customer (KYC) is our business owned process improvement and change programme that will enable us to enhance our customers' experience and engagement with the IET.

You’ll join a Business Change team that is focused on delivering this programme and the new ways of working. The team includes several Business Analysts and a Trainer.

You’ll work alongside other colleagues who are driving the wider organisation’s business change initiative.

You’ll work with members of our Communications team and with a network of Subject Matter Experts drawn from across the entire organisation.


What we hope you will bring to the role

The ideal candidate will have worked on change initiatives where they set up and managed several activities simultaneously, including developing, maintaining, and driving a deployment plan in a complex environment. 

You are ethical, adept at dealing with an extensive range of external and internal stakeholders, and have a genuine passion for helping others to develop and to succeed.

You’ll be a business change practitioner who is energised by the challenge of delivering sustainable business change.

You’ll have helped organisations to benefit from new ways of working in the past and have used your understanding of change management methodologies and techniques to deliver changes to their organisation’s operating model.
